room, bedroom and master bath addition to be located at 1468 Parker Street, Springfield, Oregon. To date,
the plans and required permits for this construction have not been obtained.
The Springfield Building Safety Codes Administrative Code states that "Applications for which no perrnit
is issued within I80 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other
data submitted for review rnay thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building
Official." The Code ftrrther states that, "The Building Official may extend the time for action by the
applicantforaperiodnotexceeding l80daysuponrequestbytheapplicantshowingthatcircumstances
beyond the control ofthe applicant have prevented action from being taken. No application shall be
extended more than once. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall
resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee."
If you would like your plans returned to you, please phone me within ten (10) days from the date of this
letter and I would be happy to mail them to you. If I do not hear frorn you within ten (10) days, I will
destroy the plans.
