At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made a Housingrnspection on October 8, L982 at s77 Pacific street, springfield, oregon.
The following items were formd in need of repair or replacenent to conform to theHousing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield.
A11 applicable pernits must be obtained and all items shal1 be installed in accordancewith applicable Codes and inspections before a Certificate of Compliance will be issued.
1. A11 bedroom windows must be openable for ventilation and emergency egress.Section 801.
2. Glass missing in prinary window in lower rear bedroon.
3. The openable^area of the upstairs bedroom window, 16rrx 34fr, does not comply withSection 801 for emergency egress. Emergency egress windows must have a nlt- clearopenable area of not less than 4 square feet with no dimension less than 22 inches.
4' Handrails must be installed at stairs. Handrails sha11 be placed no1 less than s0inches nor more than 34 inches above the nosing of threads.'
5. the drain line for washer must have an approved trap installed.
6' A plug must be installed on clean out opening in sewer line at rear of house.
7. Dryer electrical receptacle must be secured.
8' rnstall extension on receptacles where wa1ls have been furred out or paneled.
9. Replace outside receptacle with weatherproof receptacr.es.
