This letter is written as notification that the address change you were notified of on August 17, 1998
regarding your property referenced above is on hold until further issues can be resolved with Legal
Counsel, Emergency Services, the Developer, the Planning Division, and serving utilities.
As agreed at our meeting on August 25th, Dave Puen! Community Services Manager, will be contacting
your neighborhood representative Tuesday to set up a meeting to discuss the progress to this point.
