Due to a recent land use approval of a new subdivision in your neighborhood, the City must change a
number of addresses on your street in order to allow for additional address assignment to the west of your
property, and to provide numerical uniformity for Police and Fire Emergency Services.
Your property located at Lane County Reference Number l8 02 06 14, Tax Lot Number 08500, commonly
known as 3962 Osage Street, has been changed to 4045 Osage Street, Springfield, Oregon.
