At the request of the Springfield Utility Board, on November 20, L97 9 an electrical
i-nspection for the service installation was conducted and the following items were
found to be in violation:
Service was not installed in cornpliarice rvith National Electrical Code require-
ments. See Sections 230-202 (a-e) and 352-27.

3. Al1 added and altered wiring to be addressed by qualified electrical contractor.
Notice is hereby given that all work must be completed within L5 days from the date
of this letter (December 28, 7979).
Please be advised that all property being offered for rent, lease or sale is requir-
ed to be wired by a licensed electrical contractor and that it is the building owners
responsibility to see that the building meets the minimum electrical safety standards
at al1 times
Permit.s must be obtained before work begins and all work must be accomplished in ac-
cordance with the National Electrical Code. Inspections must be made and all work
approved before wal1s are covered. A Certificate of Compliance will be issued only
when all work is completed and approved.
