The following i-tems must be repaired or replaced to conform with the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Springfield: Remove the freezer so there is a clear space 30 inches wide and 36 inches deep in front of the electrical panel box. Provide sufficient electrical outlets so extension cords are not necessary. Secure all electrical cables within 8 inches of boxes and every 41., feet along the cab1e. 4, A11 exposed cable must be protected by a running board. 5. If there are over 10 children, you must provide a fenced yard meeting the requirements of Section 22.02 (a) 5 of the Springfield Zoning Ordinance. A11 applicable permits sha11 be obtained before work starts and all work shall be inspected and approved by the Springfield Building Division.
