Staff Decision: Final Approval.
The letter dated December 19, 1989, stated that the folloving conditlons had to be
met prior to the granting of Flnal Approval:
1. Tvo copies of a survey shoving polnts set.
2. A copy of the nev legal descriptions for the lots.
3. A copy of a recorded private easement on the vest 3 feet (revised to 4.35 feet)
of Tax Lot 6001
These conditions have been met. Final Approval is hereby granted as of the date of
this letter.
