Our records indicate an inspection v{as rnade of the prennises on the sane day, October 19, 1981 by City Inspector Rcy -Bordeau-x which revealed work has already been done for which no permit has been issued. All rvork must cease until said permits are issued and no occupanc)' of the prernises will be permitted until alL work has been inspected, approved and a Certificate of 0ccupancy is issued. The test must be observed by a City l{echanical Inspector. The piping sha11 not be connected to any fixtures, appliances, shut-cff vah'es or meters when being tested. S.P.C. 1003 (i) GalvanizeC fittings shall not be used in connecticn with copper piping. Replace gal- vanized fittings r+ith brass or install insulating unions. The pressure relief valve on the water heater shall be piped down to the f1oor. The drain 1ine frcm the pcol back-wash filter system shall be indirectly connected or pro,rided with an air gap between the trap and the appliance. S.P.C. 607-1003 A.lI enclosed areas customarily used by human beings and aLl dressing rooms sha1l be provided with natural f.ight by means of exterior glazed openings with an area not iess than 1/10th of the lotal floor area, and natural ventilation by means- of open- able exterior openings with an area of not less than 7/2}th of the total floor area or shal1 be provided with artificial light and a nechanically operated ventilating system.
