0n October 19, 1981 an electrical inspection of the new electrical wirllg illtallation
oeirg instuit.a ut 1509 Mohawk Blvd. was made by the City of Springfield's Electrical
Insp6ctor, Jim Matteson. Our records indicate you as the operator and owner of
the business at this location.
Mr. Matteson pointed out and left a written notice of a violation of the State Electrical
ipecialty Saflty Code, Section.110-16(a),_TabIe 110-16(a) Working Clearutees, which
rbqui.er-a miniirum of three (3) feet of clear working distance in front of, and not
less than thfrty (SO) wide, iround the electrical panel. Il was noted that equipment-
used for pumpin-g *ii6" and equipment used in connection with the Hot I\b was obstructing
access to the electrical Panel.
0n 0ctober 31, 1981 Mr. Matteson made a subsequent inspection at the same location, only
to find the sime conditions existing. This situation is a hazard and presenll-? poten-
tial threat to life/and or property-and shal'l be removed within twenty-fou1-(24) hours
of receipt of this notice or the eiectrical service to this panel will be disconnected.
