Dear Mr. Zulian,
At your request, the Building Division of the City of Springfield made an
occupancy inspection on September 5n L978, at 1402 Mohawk Boulevard,
Springfield,0regon.
The following jtems must be repaired or replaced to conform with the
Uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. A drawing showing gas, electrical, plumbing fixtures, etc., and their
locations is required.
2, All electrical, gas and plumbing work must be done by ficensed contractors.
3. A pot sink with a grease trap will be required as stated in Section 711 of
the Uniform Plumbing Code.
4. Hand wash sink in the kitchen will be required by the Health Department.
5. A commercial, type 2 hood, as out'lined in Chapter Z0 of the Uniform
Mechanical Code, will be required over the cooking facil'ities.
6. Ventilation shall be provided for the building as required for a B-2
occupancy as outlined in Section 1105 of the Uniform Building Code.
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all workshall be accomplished according to applicable codes and inspected before
a Certi f i cate of Compl ai nce wj I I be 'issued.
