Blue source a couple of decades of experience in carbon credit trading and biofuels, they have the most experience with wastewater utility RNG producers
Biomethane LLC is relatively new to the renewable fuel space, there breaking in by offering very competitive rates
Clean energy has a long history in the RFS and LCFS probably has the most fleet customers in CA, partnered with BP. They also have their own network of fueling stations.
TEA is a municipally-owned, non-profit energy trading and portfolio management organization, they provide additional market strategy consulting services as part of their package
NW Natural – Option 3 – no way to compare, but interesting concept for long term consideration. Flat rate $12 – 13/MMBTU possible revenue sharing of potential future attributes (predicated
on NW Naturals RNG future marketing capacity)

Describe incremental credit as the smaller pie…trillium would only give us a small share of a smaller pie. That was the incremental credit basis. None of the proposers suggested the
incremental credit basis this time.
