Presentation summary 2 Firms/organizations Discuss each firm Blue source a couple of decades of experience in carbon credit trading and biofuels, they have the most experience with wastewater utility RNG producers Biomethane LLC is relatively new to the renewable fuel space, there breaking in by offering very competitive rates Clean energy has a long history in the RFS and LCFS probably has the most fleet customers in CA, partnered with BP. They also have their own network of fueling stations. TEA is a municipally-owned, non-profit energy trading and portfolio management organization, they provide additional market strategy consulting services as part of their package NW Natural – Option 3 – no way to compare, but interesting concept for long term consideration. Flat rate $12 – 13/MMBTU possible revenue sharing of potential future attributes (predicated on NW Naturals RNG future marketing capacity) Trillium, who you know has 3 RFP structure/background Placing the fuel in a vehicle tank is the biggest value service. 4 RFP structure Option 1 – sales into transportation market through existing and future fleet contracts.
