the property line and also a minimum of I8ft. behind the property line per Springfield Development Code.

within 60 days. Any approvals given by this application will expire in 60 days if a curbcut/driveway permit is not obtained.

Add all inspections and fees into Accela (including Willamalane fee and addressing fee)
Stamp plans with the "Reviewed for Code Compliance" stamp, sign the approved by line and perforate
Approve Building Review line in Accela & call or email application with,fees dub and attach placard to jobsite set
Signed electrical application received
print out the Fee Schedule and put it with the Willamalane Spreadsheet on the outside of the folder
Put any inspection notes into Accela that need to be there before the plan is issued.
Check off Project Log and enter today's date.
