Re: Apartment Building tocated at 844 MiIl Street,
Springfield, Oregon, 97477.
Dear I'1r. Van Rysselberghe and Mr. Gregor:
On this date Mr. George Wilhelm, the former owner of your property
at 844 MiIl Street, Springfield, contacted this office and informed
us that you are the present owners of this property, and have
been since L970. He also stated that the only interest he now
has in this property is that he is the contract holder. There-
fore, w€ are now writing to you to request that you make the
corrections set out in a letter dated September 30, 1980, to
Mr. Wilhe1m, from Roy Bordeaux, Plumbing Inspector, City of
Springfield, copy enclosed.
In this letter, Mr. Bordeaux informed t'Ir. Wilhelm that there are
violations of the Oregon State Plumbing Specialty Code existing
at your apartment complex at 844 Ivli11 Street, Springfield, Oregon.
ft is our understanding that the violations set forth in para-
graph number t have been corrected.. It is our further understanding
that the violations set forth in paragraphs numbered 2 and 3
in the letter which you received from Mr. Bordeaux have not been
corrected and that your property continues to be in violation
of the Plumbing Code.
please be informed that unless you have complied with all require-
ments set forth in the letter to Mr. Wilhelm dated September 30,
1980, from 1,1r. Bordeaux by January 15, 1981r &D action will be
instituted against you in the Municipal Court of the City of
Springfield to obtain your compliance.
