In his letter, I,[f. Bordeaux informed you that there are viola-
tions of the oregon state Plumbing specialty code -existing at
your apartmeni c5mpfex at 844 MilI Street, Springfield, oregon'
It is our understanding that the violations set forth in para-
giapf, number 1, has be6n.corrected. It is our further under-
standing tnat itre violations set forth in paragraphs numbered
2 and 3 in the letter which you received from Mr. Bordeaux
have not been corrected and tfr"t your property continues to be
in violation of the Plumbing Code'
ptease be informed that unless you have complied with all require-
