RE: Courtesy Inspection at 844 Mi11 Street, Springfield, Oregon
Dear Manager:
At the request of the Springfield Police Department I conducted a Courtesy
Inspection at the above referenced address. The following items were deemed
hazardous and do not meet the ninimum standards of the Springfield Housing
Code:
The hand railing on the outside stairways between units B q C and between
units S q Q are no longer secured to the steps and are deemed hazardous.
The hand railings must be resecured in such a way as to make them solid
and safe which will help prevent someone from falling down the stairs.
I will check on progress within 30 days from the date of this letter.
Your anticipated courtesy and cooperation is apprectiated. Please direct all
inquiries to the Springfield Building Safety Division at 726'3753.
