At your: r"equest, the City of Springfield Building Division inspected the
house at 5I0 Mill Street, Springfield, Oregon, owned by Mrs. Zola Mae
Acheson.
The following items were found to be in need of repair or replacement to
conform with the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield:
(f) The cord-type wining in the garage and stainwell shall be removed.
(D Ther:e shall be a one-houn fine wire nequired between the garage
and the house.
AII necessary permits shall be obtained befone work is started and aII work
shall be completed according to applicable codes and inspected before a
Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
