This office represents Mrs. Zola Mae Acheson,
owner of the business and premises known as Miss Mike I s
Food IvIart, 5I0 Mi11 street, springfield.
Mrs. Acheson is expecting offers of purchase from
three different prospective buyers. Its seems needless to
ask that the premises be inspected three times; therefore,
I am submitting my check for $20 in payment of your fee.
I ask that a copy of your inspection report be provided to
me so that I can distribute it to all three prospective
purchasers.
