Dear Ms. HoPPer:
I would like to request an extension of the permit on Job No' 840464'
This is for the remodeling at 5r0 Mirl street in springfield-.
The job is almost completed and should be completed within the
next two weeks. one of the contracters doing the wolk had to go
to Hawaii and the other one has had a scheduling conflict with
his educational persuit. However, as I said before, the job
should be done in a couple of weeks and we will be asking at that
time for final insPection.
