Dear Mr. Hastie
I'm writing with regard to an October 5, 1979 letter to you fron this office
which asked for repair and/or replacement of the damage portion of the side-
walk adjacent to 405 and 41,5 lrlill Street, Springfield, Oregon.
To date, no repair or replacement has been initiated on said portion of the
siderr'a1k. The repair/replacement of the siderualk must be completed by five
(5) days from the date of this letter (December 15, L979).
Your fai-lure to do so will make it mandatory, under the provisions of the
City Code, Chapter 2, for the City to proceed with the repair/replacement
of this sidewalk and assess all costs.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 736-3753.
