Dear l,Is . Anthony:
This office has reviewed the "Residential Application" submitted
by you on February 13, 1984, for the "remodeling on garage storage
unils added - also electrical work being done" r coPY of which is
attached.
As you are well aware, this is an application for the issuance of
a REsidential Construction Permit. The City is processing the
apFfEaEion for the garage remodeling, addition of storage units,
and electrical work as such.
Any permit issued will be in response to the application for a
reii-aential permit, and will be a permit for residential construction-
Both you and the present occupant of the property, Mr. Francis
Pottsl should recognize that any use of the property which is
inconsistent with ihe residential character of this residentially
zoned neighborhood will be met with appropriate action by the
City of Springfield.
