A Decenber \7, 1984 foIIow up inspection found that the items listed in the attached
letter of August 20, 1984 have not been corrected. Because of the potentially
hazardous nature of the violations, we are requesting a written schedule from you
for completing the required corrections.
please contact us by fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter (January 24,
1985), so that we may approve your proposed correction schedule. If we do not hear
from you by this date, th" matter will be referred to the City Attorneyrs Office
to require your conpliance'through appropriate legal measures.
