Dear Mr. Gourley:
I am writing in response to your request for an additional address to be assigned to the most northerly
enfrance to your structure commonly known as 1310 Market Street, Springfield, Oregon. The properly
currently has one structure with two businesses and fwo separate exterior entrances and is located on the
parcel known as Lane County Reference Number 17032533, Tax Lot 08300.
Therefore, this is your notice that the most northerly entrance located on the above referenced parcel will
now be commonly known as l3l2 Market Street, Springfield, Oregon. At your request, this address
assignment takes effect immediately. The existing southerly entrance will remain commonly known as 13l0
Market Street, Springfield, Oregon.
I will notify the following companies and/or agencies of this new address assignment by sending them a
copy of this letter:
