tion within at least 3O days after occupancy. Tiedowns and ski.rting shall be j.nstalled
per enclosure.

holder and shall requrre sati.sflctory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure to
meet the requiremenis for satisfactory completion uithin a reasonable time constj.tutes a vio-
lation of oRS 454.605 to 454.?45 and this rule.
