Dear Ms. Hopper,
I am writing you to request an extension to my building permit regarding job # 02-00096-
01 for property located at28l2 Manor Drive. This permit currently "*pii", l1-14-03. I
am requesting this extension because I had spinal surgery on July

been released for full time work effec tive 10127 lO: . t stiit have a light lifting restriciion,
but have been able to start some of my repair projects again. I am [oing to 6e off work on
some vacation time during December and hope to make a big dent in the project.
Additionally I will be retiring in March which will allow me time to finish my home
improvement projects. I hope to be hiring a contractor to finish my overhead sheet rock
work which I can not currently do with my restrictions. I am able to work on the walls
and just finished some work in my bathroom that I had torn up before my surgery, but
since my surgery and spine reconstruction, I am not to do much overhead work at the
