The house plan you submitted for review to be constructed on Lot 33, South Hills
First Addition, meets the design requirements for this subdivision:
1. Minimum of 1800 s.f. - plan shows 2000 s.f.
2. Minimum 25-year composition roofing,
3. Other than T1-11 siding on front of dwelling,
4. The design of the house is harmonious with existing houses in the vicinity
The plan did not indicate the exterior color of the house. The color tones should
be muted and blend or compliment other exterior homes in the neighborhood.
