The program that I use on my computer shows that the entire lot is covered with hydric soils so I need a geo- technical report with results of soils tests and any recommendations by the engineer for the foundation. Because of the fact that this is on a flat lot, I don't need that before issuance but it will be required in order to approve the footing inspection. Need to know which additional energy measure is being incorporated into the construction. See the attachment. Subcontractors still need to pull their individual permits for their specific disciplines, or we need completed applications from each of the subs indicating the extend of the work that they are performing. We are going to do the lighting and underfloor. I did send a email last week asking if updates that happened earlier this year would qualifu. They put both a new heating cooling system in and a new water heater. 1 The way that I read the energy code is no. Any new square footage requires measures to be put into place during the construction ofthe additional square footage. lf it were a remodel, that may be okay to apply that, not when new construction is being added. On another note he may have the one done today for 273 w M street.
