As you are probably aware, Mr. Rogers has several concerns aboutthe existing unit (workmanship, water leakage and condensationbuild-up) in addition to whether or not the building complieswith the springfield building code. Mr. Rogers ad.vises thataccording to your review of the building and the specifications,the building does not meet its own specs. Mr. Rogers alsounderstands from conversations that the storage unit does notappear to comply with city requirements as to raj-n, wind and snowworthiness. I would be obliged if you could provide Mr.your findings regarding: Rogers or myself with 1. Whether a building of this type of manufacture andconfiguration would be i-n compliance with applicable buitdingcodes; and 2. Whether the structure fits its own specifications.
