On March 31, 1986, at the request of your tenant Ms. Kathy Sebastian, a
Courtesy Inspeetion waa made at the above address. This inspection revealled
the following violation of the City of Springfield Housing Code:
Infegtation of red ants was observed throughout the dwelling.
Pleaee correct this Housing Code violation within thirty (30) days of the date of
this letter.
