• Need the wall bracing information and it needs to be designed for seismic design category D1.
• The program that I use on my computer shows that the entire lot is covered with hydric soils so I need a
geo-technical report with results of soils tests and any recommendations by the engineer for the foundation.
Because of the fact that this is on a flat lot, I don't need that before issuance but it will be required in order to
approve the footing inspection.

Need to know which additional energy measure is being incorporated into the construction. See the attachment.
Subcontractors still need to pull their individual permits for their specific disciplines, or we need completed
applications from each of the subs indicating the extend of the work that they are performing. For additions and
alterations, each of the disciplines have their own specific permit number.
