Dear Mr. Carlson:
In going through our files we came across a buildilng permit for:
a single family dwe'l1ing at 7948 Glacier Drive, bui'lding permit number
7 92500.
The project was last insPected on Ju'ly 30, 1980
The 1979 0regon State Building Code, Section 303 (d), explains that any building
permit for which work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is
iuspended for a period of 180 days, the building permit shall expire by limita-
tion and become null and void.
Since the only verification this division has of work being done on a project
is by the inspections performed, we do not know what the status of your proiect
is. If you have proceeded on this project and are ready for inspection please
call 726-3769 and request the necessary inspection. If conditions beyond your
control have prevented you from proceeding on this proiect, please submit a
letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building Official
may extend your application for a specified period of time. If this building
permit is allowed to expire, it wil'l be necessary to obtain a new building permit
and a permit fee amounting to one-half of the origina) permit:fee for such work
will be due.
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you
have cancelled this project and we will clear our files of all related material.
