notify the Lane County DepartienL of Plannj.ng and Comunity DeveloPnent by submittinq the
installation recorC form. The Departfrent shall inspect the construction to determine if it
complies with the rules contained in this division. If the construction does comply with such
rulis, the Department shall j-ssue a certificale of satisfactory completj.on to Lhe Perniti holder-
If the construction does not comply with such rules, the Department shalI notify the permit
holder and shall require satisfaclory completion before issuing the certificate. Fai.Iure to
meet Lhe requiremenis for satisfactory completion wlt.hin a reasonable time constitutes a vio-
lation of oRS 454.605 to 454.145 and this rule.
