Partnered with a company called DMT Clear Gas Solutions has a history of treating biogas and landfill gas, beginning in the Netherland in 1987.
DMT provides the CO2 removal technology which is a membrane system

Greenlane Biogas founded in New Zealand
30 years in the biogas conditioning and purification business
have 107 systems in 18 countries.
This includes 38 biogas upgrading systems for WWTPs including the City of
Portland CBWTP and the Piscataway WWTP in NJ.
Additional US installations are in Indiana, Colorado, and California
Soon to be Portland OR
The system they are proposing is a Pressure Swing Adsorption system

Unison Solutions, Inc., founded in 2000, is an industry leader in biogas conditioning, biogas upgrading, and BioCNG vehicle fuel systems.
Unison systems have been installed around the world at landfills, wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF), dairies, and food processing digester plants.
Our expertise in purifying biogas includes hydrogen sulfide removal, siloxane removal, CO2 removal, compression, and gas quality monitoring.
Located in DuBuque Iowa
Founded in 2000
Historically, they have tended to serve smaller clients (like us).
They specialize in taking biogas straight to vehicles but also have done some pipeline projects
There system uses membrane technology to remove CO2

Requested Action
Approve Resolution 19-08 authorizing the Executive Officer or his
designee to enter into a Goods Purchase Contract with the highest ranked equipment proposer for a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount equal to the lessor of: a) $3,798,000 or, b) the contract
price set forth in the highest ranked proposal.
