MONUMENTS "A" AND "B" AND EXTENDING THIS LINE NORTHERLY TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF S
STREET. THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF S STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING MONUMENTS "C"
AND "D". THE SOUTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY WAS HELD AS ESTABLISHED IN THE PLAT OF FREEMAN
