FOUNDS ■ I N NOTES:
1. Clear all vegitation before placing concrete.
2. All concrete strengths shall conform with the
minimum concrete strength requirements, see this sht.
3. Provide a minimum 18" wide x 24" high under floor
access to all under floor areas.
4. All rebar shall be a minimum of 60,000 psi and must
overlap a minimum of 24" in all corners and lifts.
5. All dimensioned lumber used shall be a minimum of no.2
or better douglas fir / larch wood or equal unless noted
otherwise.
6. All wood exposed directly to the weather or in contact
with concrete shall be pressure treated wood.
7. Placa all Reinforcement 3" clr of base u.n.o.
8. Engineered joist must be installed per specifier'
including blocking, squash blocks & any detailed i
requirements.
