MUNICIPAL JUDGE PRO-TEM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
ACTION
REQUESTED:
Motion to terminate the City’s Employment Agreement with Phillip Williams.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The City Council pursuant to Section 22 of City Charter appoints Springfield
Municipal Court Judges. The purpose of this item is to terminate the Employment
Agreement of Municipal Court Judge Pro-Tem Phillip Williams.
