The Springfield Utility Board filed a petition for certificate of public convenience and
necessity with the Public Utility Commission Oregon on October 17, 2018. On March 7,
2019, The Springfield Utility Board filed a motion withdrawing its pending application,
stating that it has acquired land and no longer has a need for the certificate.
IT IS ORDERED that the petition filed by the Springfield Utility Board is dismissed
without prejudice. This docket is closed.
