THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARY OF THE COTTAGE COLLEC71ON AT THE HEIGHTS PLAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS WITH THE EXCEP71ON OF THE CURVE IN MOUNTAING47E DRIVE FOR THE CURVE, THE FOUND MONUMENTS WERE HELD FOR 714E TANGENT SEGMENTS AND A CURVE OF RECORD RADIUS FILLETED BETWEEN THEM WHERE AVAILABLE, THE INTERIOR LOT LINES AND CORNERS WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF PARCEL 1 OF THIS REPLAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD ANGLES AND DISTANCES FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY WITH THE EXCEP77ON OF THE MOST SOUTHERLY SEGMENT. THE MOST SOUTHERLY SEGMENT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT AND THE END OF THE CALCULATED LINE.
