NOTE: Agenda Item #1 below was the subject of a public hearing before the Planning Commission on
April 4, 2017. The Planning Commission closed the public hearing and the written record on this matter
that same evening and announced they would conduct deliberations and consider final recommendations
at their regular meeting of April 18, 2017 hence the abbreviated process for Agenda Item #1 below.
