Your demolition permit is currently being processed- there maybe a slight detay, of
up to z working days for small stmctures, due to the time required to review ltre
history of the structure to determine if it needs to be documented before demolition.
This documentation is for archival purposes only and will not affect the granting of
the demr>liticrn permit. If ttle strueture is very laxge or complicated the
documentation procress may take up to a maximum of 4 rvorking days-
Documentation will consist ofphotographing the building, taking measurements and
making sca-led drawings- ttre dr.rcumentation wiil be undertaken by tlte City at no cr)st
to you. Docrunentation is beiug done on all structures tlated prior to 194(l that may
