A 3'PRIVATE SEWER LINE EASEMENT
A 3 foot wide private sewer line easement located in the Northeast Quarter of Section
34, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, Lane County,
Oregon, being within Parcel 2 of the Land Partition Plat no. 97-P0972 as recorded in the
Lane County Oregon Plat Records. The following is the description of the South line of
sard 3 foot wide easement.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 105 of River Hills as platted and recorded in
File 72, Slides 79 thru 81, Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence East along the
South line of said Lot 105, 35.67 feet; thence South 65.00 feet; thence South 63"51'51"
West 67.00 feet; thence South 85'58'13" West 25.04 feet ; thence South 37'09'03'
West 30.89 feet; thence South 02"02'38'East more or less to a point on the North right
of way of a Public Utility easement along D Street, which is 12 feel parallel to the
existing back of walk. The walk is not parallel to the property line causing the easement
to vary it's width on the property, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF
SAID EASEMENT; thence along the North line of the said Public Lftility easement in a
Northeasterly direction to the East line of Parcel 2 of said Partition 97 -PA972, being the
