CHANGE OF TRADE NAME FOR NFW LLC, DBA: VILLAGE ACTIVE –
ATHLETIC CLUB.
ACTION
REQUESTED:
Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Village Active – Athletic
Club, located at 2728 Pheasant Blvd., Springfield, OR 97477.
ISSUE
STATEMENT:
The owner of NFW LLC has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC
Liquor License Application.
ATTACHMENTS: Attachment 1. OLCC Liquor License Application.
DISCUSSION/
FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for NFW LLC DBA: Village Active – Athletic Club is for
a Change of Ownership, Change of Trade Name with Limited On-Premises Sales.
The license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City
Departments.
