IN EVERY CASE, CARE SHALL BE TAKEN TO PREVENT GROUNDWATER CONTAMINATION. • CHEMICAL HANDLING, STORAGE, AND USE: CONTRATORS/DEVELOPERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFE HANDLING AND STORAGE OF CHEMICALS, PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, AND FERTILIZERS AND THE PREVENTION OF GROUNDWATER AND STORM WATER RUNOFF CONTAMINATION.
