W5-0SA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2005/06 SPRINGFIELD ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY BUDGET, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS, AND
DECLARATION OF TAX INCREMENT
ADOPTING THE BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Springfield Economic Development Agency hereby adopts
the budget for fiscal year 2005-06 in the total of$3,217,000 now on file at the City of Springfield,City Hall,225
Fifth Street,Springfield,Oregon 97477.
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED that the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July 1,2005,and for the purposes shown below
are hereby appropriated:
General Fund Urban Renewal District Fund
Personal Services $ Personal Services . $ 50,000
Materials&Services $ Materials& Services $ 3,167,000
Capital Outlay $ Capital Outlay $ -0-

DECLARATION OF TAX INCREMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Springfield Economic Development Agency hereby resolves
to certify to the county assessor a request for the Urban Renewal Plan Area for the maximum amount of revenue that
may be raised by dividing the taxes under section I c, Article IX,of the Oregon Constitution and ORS Chapter 457.
The above resolution statements were approved and declared adopted on this 27th day of June,2005.
