THE PURPOSE OF THIS PLAT IS TO MONUMENT THE TENTATIVE PARTITION APPROVED BY THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD UNDER
CASE NUMBER 811-17-000157-T}P2 ON JANUARY 16, 2018. THE BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY WAS CALCULATED AS
FOLLOWS.
THE MONUMENTS FROM THE PREVIOUS PROPERTY UNE ADJUSTMENT (CSF 44151) ON THIS SITE WERE FOUND AND HELD
AS SHOWN HEREON THE PLAT BOUNDARY LINES WERE ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE BEARINGS ANGLES AND
DISTANCES FROM THESE MONUMENTS AS ESTABLISHED IN CSF 44151. THE NEW PARCELS WERE MONUMENIED AS
APPROVED BY THE TENTATIVE' PARTITION.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS CSF44151. ALL PLAT BOUNDARY BEARINGS HEREON ARE THE SAME AS CSF 44151.
