c. ORDINANCE NO. 3 – AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
TERRITORY (PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AT 19TH STREET AND YOLANDA AVENUE) TO THE
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AND WILLAMALANE PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT; AND
WITHDRAWING THE SAME TERRITORY FROM THE RAINBOW WATER DISTRICT.
5. Other Routine Matters
a. Approve a motion to authorize the City Manager to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for
Human Services with Lane County and the City of Eugene for the allocation of general funds in 2018-19.
b. Approve a motion to authorize the City Manager to sign Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Lane
County for $174,489 and execute all documents required to effect the transaction.

c. Approve the purchase and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract for the procurement of four
police patrol vehicles for fiscal year 2019.
d. Approve the purchase and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract for the procurement of mobile
computers for us in the police patrol vehicles.
