Improvements shown on the attached site plan are programmed m WIllamalane's FY 2009-2013 CIP, and are therefore plaIilled to be bUIlt wlthm five years Can sIte plan approval be good for five years? 2 Water QualIty: A portIOn of the 4-acre dog park IS mSlde the Sprmgfield city lImits and UGB It IS set back over 300-feet flom Cedar Creek, and at least 50- feet from the water-qualIty swale The dog park Will be fenced around ItS penmeter, with a large open turf area and soft-surface path It wIll also contam potable water, trash receptacles, pet waste bags, rules slgnage, seatmg, and a small shelter It Will be mamtamed on a regular baSIS, similar to the mamtenance schedule for the other developed areas of the park Does the proposed Dog Park present any Issues related to stormwater qualIty, or wellhead protectIOn? 3 Stormwater: Currently, there IS a water-qualIty swale that treats the runofffrom the eXlstmg LPSC parkmg area ThiS swale was approved m 1988 through the site plan review process for LPSC, and constructed on a portIOn of the property that IS outSide of the UGB, as Illustrated m the concept plan It IS anllclpated that the new runoff would be routed to thIS swale, as It was deSIgned WIth addlllonal development m mmd Would detentIOn be reqUIred for the new dramage routed to Cedar Creek?
