Kenworth Way from the sales price or the price on which the lease is based,

The present cul-de-sac at the end of Internationul Coun would be
eliminated when that street is connected to Kenworth Way. K.M. T. R. is
interested in purchuse of this property for additionul parking. Funds from
this sule would be used to offset street construction costs.

I have marked the street dedication North from International Way. This
dedication was only done to provide an access to the Eastern Illost 101 which
you bave purchased. The location of the street, and iI' useubilit)', are ridiculous.
As I said earlier, we would not participate in construction of tbis 'l",ct, -,,"d,
in fact, woule' oppose it.
