(2) Procedures for DecommissIOnIng
(a) The tank(s), cesspool or seepage pit shall be pumped by a heensed
sewage disposal service co remove all septage,
(b) The tank(s), cesspool or seepage p:t shall be filled with reject sand,
bar run gravel, or other matenal approved by the Agent, or the
contamer shall be removed and properly disposed,
(3) If, m the Judgment of the Agent, It IS not reasonably possible or necessary to
comply With subsectIOns (2)(a) and (2)(b) of this rule, Ihe Agent may waive
either or both of these requirements provided such actIon does not eonstltute
a menace to pubhc health, welfare or safety
