Dear 11r. Steele:
To make sure there is no question as to what 'the problem is in regard
to your getting a mobile home permit for the property on Harbor Drive
(18~03-02-32 Tax Lot 100), a written explanation is called for.
The property falls within the \,jillamette River GreemlaY Plan adopted
by the Oregon Land Conservation and Development Commission on December 6,
1975. For, this specific property it prohibits any new develo~ment or
intensification 'of 'use within 150 feet of the ordinary 10H water line.'
Any change will require a' Greenway Conditional Use Permit. This permit
must be obtained before any permit will be issued for a mobile home to be'
used on the property. The application form must be filed with the Planning
Division, and will be heard by, the Planning Commission. The possibility .of
allowing a mobile home on this lot is solely their decision, unless appealed
to the Board of County Commissioners. The filing of ,the application is
between you, the otvner and the owner's agent.

This letter is to notify you that it is necessary for this office to deny.
the above mentioned mobile home permit.
Your request to locate the mobile home was within the boundaries of the
Willamette Greenway and required special approval of.a greenway permit,
This greenway permit was denied by the Lane County Planning Division. Due
to that action this division could not issue your permit. .
Your application fee will be returned to you by the Financial Services
Di,vi s ion.
You are hereby notified that you have ten (10) days from receipt of this
letter to remove the mobile home from the property.
Your mobile home was placed on the property prior to obtaining a .permit
from Lane County which is a violation of Lane Code Chapter 11.100-10, therefore
this citation is issued to you for violating the requirements. Failure to comply,
with the removal of the mobile home will result in additional citations being
issued. We sincerely hope this action will not be necessary.
An inspection will be made at the end of the ten (10) day period to determine
if you have complied.
