EXCESS OF 5000 SQ, FT,
2. THE SITE IS GENERALLY FLAT WITH NO DEFINITE DRAINAGE PATTERN FOR TtlE
PERVIOUS AREA WITHIN THE SITE. THE ROOF AREA AND IMPERVOUS SURFACE AREA
FOR THE eXISTING STRUCTURE DRAINS TO THE GROUND. STORMW A TER RUNOFF FROM
PROPOSED 'CONCRETE ACCESS DRIVES WtLL SHED TO A FRENCH DRAIN ADJACENT
